Just wondered what is the biggest rat(npc) that people have killed in their frigates.
I have taken down a Blood Arch Engraver (45k Arbitrator*) and am now working on a Blood Revenant (55k Maller*)
with my trusty little Tristan. I normally have to try and kill 3/4 frigates as well or at least draw the cruiser out so that I can whittle him down to dust in peace.
Count on frigates so far is 5 tristans down. ( I have now bought my self a bp so I can produce my own after losing so many  )

If you're including Elite Frigates, I recently killed a Mercenary Commander (85k) with my Taranis...
If you just mean standard frigates, I'm pretty sure I've taken ships out such as a Serpentis Chief Defender in a Breacher, but that was before the patch when I could use Heavy missiles. Not sure about now though...

I've been taking out around 90k cruisers in my Kestrel, easily, and sometimes quite a few at a time. Naturally that utilizes heavy missiles, something that Castor has taken from me  |

I think the biggest Ive taken out has been a 55k or 60k (old bounty) Serpentis thorax of some sorts, forgot his name. I havent taken on anything very large in a frig since the patch, I just cant out-damage their boosting ability.
I love my anti-NPC kestrel to death, but with these incomplete missile changes I just couldnt get close enough to shoot missles without getting spanked.

EDIT : these kills are with light missles and antimatter small.Named blaster and dam mod fitted.
Npc two Blackbirds in one mission.
The 85k moa and Caracal.
Inty fights with npc just a matter of ammo and time taken.
Sometimes the are a bit hairy , keeps you on your toes

I killed in old days with Rifter and heavy missiles all cruizer rats easy :)
it takes time tho...
