I have some swamp front property in the Kador Region, that promises to rise in value 9000% once the new Empress has been set on her throne and starts to build her new summer palace.
I only have room for one last investor, but demand has been high. Get in before it goes. Minimum buy in is 4billion isk, maximum is 7.5billion isk.

Seriously, your OP is really asking for it. If your to "lazy" to research what is out there, expect to get a bum deal. I am not saying that everything in MD is a scam, far from it. I am saying that investments in eve are not really RonCo approved, ie "Set it and Forget it". If your looking for something like that just go with EBank or Dynasty Bank(not sure dynasty can handle that much isk).
Otherwise most other investments really require you to pay attention for when things go south, or game dynamics change the investment.

Treelox actually provided some good advice when I was expecting him to flame.
I did see one similar thread work out alright for the investor but I would recommend further investigation into any offers that you may receive. This is a bit of a scam magnet (even though I don't have an issue with "want to invest" threads).

I'll offer you 9% at the end of 90 days. You can withdraw early but you'll only receive half of the accrued interest.

As a bond holder in Kwint Industries I can give witness to the reliable dividends Kwint has paid to me. They are paid weekly on Friday and in the time I have been a bond holder, I believe only once was paid late on a Monday. Normally I receive divs on Thurs or Friday.
Do a search for Kwint Industries, his bonds are often snapped up within an hour or two at most of posting.
Always do your own research but I believe a 90 day bond to Kwint is a good deal.

It would seem coincidental that he is paying the same as an EBANK account, advises on low risk investments, and that EBANK staff will have access to the funds.
