I wont sit back and let someone trash talk two entire alliances when the proper actions were not taken in the first place. Sure I lost, but dont come in running your mouth, even if the 1v1 wasn't honored, if you did not request a new ship from either alliances involved.
Got the ship reimbursed by the alliance CEO tonight. So I guess things are settled.
The reason I didn't try and contact anyone else in the alliance is because Typherian was a co-CEO of one of the offending corps. I figured he was 'high-up' enough, and he gave a very negetive response. I thought I had reached a brick-wall. Read his reply.
I guess it was rather ignorant of me to name and shame the whole alliance when it was mostly ShadowZoor and his corporation that was involved.

First of all, let me just say that as a director of VVA, I am outraged that this situation took place to begin with. Suitanio is red to CVA, and should be hunted down in the usual red hunting ways. The fact that 1vs1 was agreed to should have never happened. But since Shadowzoor felt the need to go against better thought and agree to such a thing, he should have honored the agreement! Most of the corps in the alliance would never do anything like this, so it bothers me that the whole alliance is held accountable for a few members in one corp's obvious misjudgement. Considering it was the CEO of one of the corps within the allaince that was in on this mess, I do not blame Suitonia for not going through the "proper channels" before making this post. What happened to him was wrong. There are no excuses for this situation. I appologize on behalf of the rest of the members of VVA who also do not agree with this type of behavior. Suitonia could have been killing miners, but dishonoring a 1vs1 and bringing in the blob is just as low.

I love the way people use this excuse.
We copped a fair amount of abuse for hitting miners and haulers in FW,same goes for normal wardecs and zero space: 'cowards,where is the honour (lol) and challenge (where is your defence again?) in killing innocent miners/haulers?'
The challenge is hitting you where it hurts,losing your precious minerals and bpo's and datacores will hurt a lot more than a quick kill that you may or may not win anyway.If you can't defend these people or at least tell them to use a bit of common sense well thats your fault.Not my problem if that was the only ship you had all your isk was invested in the few bp's and datacores you just lost.
Also,I don't care if you're in a capital or in a hulk,if you have a nice red star or -10 next to your name,you're a target.
