I think most people who create carrier toons create them with actually flying the carrier efficiently in mind. You seem to be looking for exactly the opposite. Good luck with your search.

I know,..I just need one to undock a thanatos in. dont need the supporting skills

I have an alt that might suit, but only Drone Interfacing 3 at the moment (Working on 4)
You might want to consider what you budget is for what skills....
FWIW, My Alt has
Amarr, Gallente Battleship 5
Minmater Battleship 4 + 75% of 5
Caldari Battleship 5
Drone Interfacing 3.5
Advanced Spaceship Command 5
Couple of others - was meant to be a transport-alt for several motherships, but not in actual combat - skills reflect that goal.

I've ticked the little 'sync with inEve' box - hasn't shown up on the website yet.
Maybe it takes a while for ineve to refresh?
