so a system that i like to rat in has an isk farmer in it. any ideas on how to kill this dude?

They usually run on some kind of macro so if you are in system i doubt he will ever decloak. You could always try bubbleing the belts i guess

What you have to do is reduce the number of hull hitpoints to zero, then his ship will blow up. Now you have to repeat this on his pod. Then he is dead, or rather he gets a new clone.
I'm sorry if this information is a bit general, but given the information you provided it is the best I could do. Perhaps if you gave a bit more information I could give you a better answer.

Keep ratting in the system he's active and he'll go avai because it's no longer profitable if he needs to stay cloaked all the time. Or he'll get daring and you'll get a chance to pop him.
Of course if you have some kind of evidence that the farmer is participating in some kind of EULA violation, send a petition to the GMs and once the network of EULA violators the farmer is part of, gets uprooted, the farmer will also get banned.

However farming in and of its own is ok as long as a human is clicking the mouse around and not a macro. Also the mobile warp bubble in the belt works great and is easy to skill for and purchase.

If you have evidence then petition him.
If this is 0.0 or low sec, just lock and shoot, else war dec if he's in a player corp or get several buddies to suicde.

Please open a macro thread or sticky this subject. Most MMO don't allow more then one thread on the same subject maybe EVE could learn from it? Force people to search for older threads..

"An" isk farmer? You mean there's one person mining in a belt and so he's an isk farmer because he's, uhm, mining in a belt?
Good lord, kill him. He's mining and that makes him an isk farmer. 
OMG. I've mined in a belt too. I must be an isk farmer.

sry if i didnt give enough info. ya hes logged in 23/7 in the system and ive nvr seen him. my only guess is that hes an isk farmer cuz we tend to get those in my little area of 0.0. i think im going to go bubble the belts then log off in the belt in a ceptor. if you have any other ideas pls lmk. oh and thanks for the ideas

(1) Bubble the belts
(2) add him to your address book
(3) lurk on the other side of the gate. When he logs in, count to about 15, jump in and wtfpwn him.
