I have the audio latest drivers on both. I have the Eve Voice box checked in the ESC menu but nothing else shows( no mic test options, etc). When I try to join a voice channel in a fleet, I get this error Quote: Eve Voice was not successfully initialized, please take a look at our Knowledge base for possible solutions. I went to the Knowledge base link and couldn't find anything relating to this error. The mics work in other applications just fine so thats not it either. I'm stumped!

Jacinta Worth Raddick Explorations BlackWater.	Posted - 2008.10.04 13:59:00 - [3] I just recently had this problem and it turned out to be my firewall. Try specifically telling it that the eve exe file is save to use. Hopefully that'll solve the problem...
Jon Rainbow	Posted - 2008.10.04 20:31:00 - [4] Changing my windows firewall settings has no effect, as I said. Enabling DMZ on my router also doesn't seem to have an effect. Eve Voice was working fine a few weeks ago, and then it just stopped working. Any ideas?
Jacinta Worth Raddick Explorations BlackWater.	Posted - 2008.10.06 05:46:00 - [5] Have you tried disabling your firewall altogether for a couple of minutes just to make sure this isn't the problem? Reason I ask is that I had exactly this problem. Eve voice enable box ticked but nothing below that and as soon as I disabled my firewall it all started working peachy. I then had to mess around a bit with the firewall to get it working like that while enabled. If you've tried that then I'm afraid I can't help you.
