So you want to clone jump eh?
Well take a guess at how it all works while we penalize you 24 hours per try.
Want to clone jump.
Eve says you need to go to the station with service.
Go to station with service.
Select clone jump.
Screen flashes.
Clone jump effectuated.
Look up attributes...
Same damned player, no cloning.
Try again?
23 Hours 52 mins. to go
And here CCP was asking why players don't renew there accounts.
I swear this game is designed to swindle players into buying another month of overpriced services.
Why even petition... when problems are its just part of the game!

I think you did there something wrong.
From what you say it appears you went to a clone station to set up a jumpclone there. Then you proceeded to jump to that jumpclone. No wonder you reappeared at the same spot just without implants. Just feel grateful that CCP changed the mechanics in the last patch so that your old self with the implants doesn't get destroyed because it's in the same station 
And yes, you first have to fly to a medical station where you want a jumpclone set, i.e. your second mission running hub or whatever (or you ghettojump there. But not advisable if you have implants  . You can't set it remotely.) Then you fly back with your current self to your original home spot and then you can jump back and forth between those 2 spots once every 24h.
And the 24h aren't implemented to exploit you. It's just that people can't exploit clone jumping. |

Ive had issues with jump cloning. Last time I jump cloned at a certain station I jumped straight into that clone .. yes I had no implants but my orignal clone was destroyed in the process or dissapeared so i lost a full set of implants worth 100's of millions isk.

try getting podded with insurance on your clone for MORE than the skillpoints you have and end up still losing over 1 million SP's now i cant mine and fuel my pos it will take longer to re-skill than my tower has fuel for, and this is one of two petittions open the other is still un-answered after almost a week

You dont have to be in a special station to clone jump
Just open you char window select the section clone thingy and jump
