How? Denying them the ability to lock back, but not only the annihilator ship, but any ship or anything else. So make some new modules that the annihilator can use to do that. If you think this can be overpowered, don't worry, the modules that the annihilator will use, will have a chance to miss a cycle, so you can target back for some seconds, but don't hope to do anything, 'couse the annihilator will be capable to operate at 200+ km so the next cycle you will be annihilated again \o/ And if you even got the range to lock it.... it can simply warp away, isn't it cool? \o/

Good luck perma-jamming one, when your targetting range is below their scram range... you have to jam them before they can lock you, and GTFO fast, or else you're toast too. As opposed to a Falcon, you're not just taken out of the fight for a while, you're actually pinned down and taken out of the fight for good. Sure, "nobody fits/flies those usually" (lol), but isn't THAT the point in a rocks-paper-scissors game like EVE is supposed to be ? BTW Falcons do not fly alone you know... by the time you will get a lock, you will be dead already. And if you got a sniping fit, that will happen even quicker.

Nope, with your mids taken up by 2 SB and 2 ECCM, it will take you ages to lock the falcon after missed jam.

A Falcon can easily permajam 1 ECCM Battleship and if it doesn't it has around 12 seconds to kill a Falcon sat 200km away. Not gonna happen at best you'll prolly make it warp away or just to another safespot. How is an arazu or lach gonna damp a falcon at 200km? and what makes you think it will even be able to target the Falcon? 2. We don't cry for people to nerf that combo because firstly it's 2 ships and they certainly can't do what they do from 200km away and cloak and potentially take out more ships than your 2 ships. I'd much much prefer 2 falcons. Nerf ECM (slightly) and/or boost ECCM (alot).

Mo adib	Posted - 2008.10.06 07:37:00 - [23] comparing a single falcon to a single sniper bs is the kind of idiocy this board has made regular. when snipers are engaging falcons you are more likely to see 30+ sniper BS on up to 150 snipers engaging between 1-5 or 6 falcons. no falcons will jam out a whole fleet and it takes a stiff breeze to take out a falcon, an abaddon or tempest can just about one volley em or atleast get em in to structure on the first volley (kill if you get lucky with a wrecking or so) and being that so many ships will drop what they are doing to take out the falcons.... in fact a curse with the anti turret ewar would be far more annoyning in one of those situations.
