My corporation went inactive when I was on a small Eve vacation. The current CEO is inactive, I have no shares, or any way at all too become the CEO, is there any way too reclaim the corp, or am I pretty much screwed? |

Press F12 in game, help screen willl pop up. Create a petition explaining your case in the correct category.

It is very very unlikely you will get a positive response unless your CEO's account has been inactive for a long time (read: years). CCP is very much erring on the side of caution when it comes to removing stuff from inactive accounts who might or might not come back one day. |

I guess I'm unclear on how you expect to take over your CEO's corp, just because he's inactive....
Did you create the corp? If so you would have shares I assume.....

I've heard that 3 months inactivity is enough for a GM to replace CEO.
That being said, this thread was dead for almost 3 months before someone brought it kicking and screaming back to life. |

My corp was in this situation some years ago. I was told (though didn't have direct access to the messages) that GMs said that they would replace the CEO if they remained inactive for 2 more months (or something), but when the time came they apparently changed their mind and did nothing instead.
In these situations I wouldn't expect any outside intervention (after all, the CEO could log in and complain that their corp was "stolen" while they couldn't afford to subscribe or whatever). |

did you send the mail/logs from the first GM?
