Anyone got good setups for this kinda operations? was thinking of getting cheap salvage material brought from low 0.0 sec to high sec for profit.
Any suggestions alot appreciated.

Your setup is almost the same as the one I'm using.
I've optimized for agility first , and speed second. Your best chance is to be cloaked and in warp as soon as possible, which is why you need agility. If for any reason you cannot warp or cloak, speed comes in handy, as you use it to get away from your last known position or away from anything that makes you unable to cloak. Once cloaked and kilometers away from your initial position near a stargate, it takes a determined and well organised gatecamp to catch you. Even when they have a bubble up.
Personally I don't like inertia stabilizers because they raise your signature radius. two nano II's may be a better choice, even with the speed nerf and stacking penalties.
Also, on my setup I am unable to fit cap rechargers (but I don't need them, the microwarp is for quick getaways, not for lenghy periods). Things to consider are an ecm burst or sensor dampener, in case you are locked and cannot cloak. But those are realy last resort options.
since this is not a setup you'll lose often, you could considder rigging it with polycarbon engine housings and/or low friction nozzle joints.
hope this helps.

Don't forget your rigs. Low friction nozzle joints are nice and cost-effective. Or 1 LFNJ and 1 polycarb if you want to drop a little more ISK on it, with 1 nano II and 1 ODI II in the lows = superfast stealthy low-volume courier ship.
But most importantly of all, pre-scout your intended route in a T1 frigate with a MWD and make bookarks. These will save you at least as often from bubbles and smartbombing BS.

if u can i would rather suggest to take a recon as lots of lowsec-pirates are smartbombing near the gates, resulting in the insta-death of any frig-sizedship and below...if u can enter highsec directly from 00 covops is cool

It's a trade-off - Recon can resist smartbombing, covops is more likely to make it out of a large bubble.
