Any info have those state issued battleships (ie. State Issue Raven) been removed from game, and if not, how can you get offer for such a reward?..
Just wondering after hearing few different versions of story.

the Navy Issue Raven/Megathron/Apoc are available as loyalty-point rewards: you probably know this.
The Federate Issue Megathron, Imperial Issue Apocalypse etc. were specially created as rewards for in-game events, and no such rewards are now given out. Mostly, I hear, because the people who won them were just selling them off.

State issue Raven (Corvus ) and Tempest Tribal issue were alliance tourney rewards iirc 2006 .They are still in game

State issues are unavailable in the game. unless you buy one from someone who has one already

The first* player to receive one - Macmuelli - actually got a 2-run bpc for a Federate Issue Megathron, but the moment he tried to sell it CCP realised this was a mistake, and changed it for a Navy Issue as it was supposed to have been to start with.
*to my knowledge, anyway. If anyone got a Federate Issue before him, they kept very quiet about it. ;)

I think they had check the agent to see if more bpcs like this was gone outside.
Otherwise there are some dusty ships inside hangars which dont had to be ingame except entitys.
