I apologise in advance if this is the incorrect forum for financial matters, it seem to go in hand with industry.
I'm interested in offering financial services but not sure of the best way to advertise and notify people of what i have to offer. Any suggestions?

You are correct in stating that its in the wrong forum, you might want to drop by market discussion forum.
However, I would recommend that (unless you have good rep) not to undertake a venture of this type. Mainly because ventures of this type are expensive and time consuming.

I have a wide variety of products I believe I can make work:
Lines of credit (like credit cards without cards)
Secured lines of credit (using ships and eq as collateral)
Zero-coupon bond brokering (help build capital for other corps through an exchangeable item)
Certificates of Deposit
Educational savings accounts (earns interest and is used only to purchase new skills)
Last but not least, I'd like to create an insurance market. I will confess I have not quite worked out a good way to do it, primarily because the existing insurance system interferes. If there is sufficient interest though, Im sure i can find a way.
What does everybody think?

Another bank, sounds very intriguing.
Just real quick when you say you believe you could get it to work what do you mean exactly?
I would be glad to talk with you and help in anyway I can to get you on your feet (assuming legit). I am sure that if you want the help and respond reasonably in this thread you will get to talk with Hexxx and Ricdic like I did when Dynasty Banking went public some 8 months ago.

After some discussion, Ive decided to primarily work on insurance. Since this will be its own topic, I'm going to create a new post in MD to invite wider discussion.

In addressing insurance, it would be great if you made reference to some of the past discussions in this forum regarding player-provided insurance. It would help you avoid some "reinvention of the wheel" and would give you some insight into what the un-resolved concerns and problems were that people are likely to raise again, giving you a chance to address those things proactively.
If you haven't already found them, eve-search.com can help you find the old threads, I'm sure.
