Hi
Perhaps a newbe question, trying fits with EFT, i was wonder if it is a good idea to fit an afterbunner in a BS.
The context it is for lvl 3-4 missions(PVE), with ammar BS Abaddon, using pulses.
Perhaps it could be a wise option to use a Cap Recharger II or pehaps a Web.
What are your opinion?

Do the same thing you do with tank in PvE; swap out modules between missions.
I ran my Abaddon with all Cap Recharger II's, only swapped in an AB for certain missions. Didn't need a webber either, but my drone skills are quite nice, I'd consider a web if it takes a long time to kill off the small stuff.

I wouldnt bother with an Abaddon in lvl 3's tbh. Lots of small targets and big guns = frustration. Tanks nice tho
In level 4's you will probably have to fit an AB if using Pulses (until u can use T2 with Scorch that is) because some ships will orbit out of range and you will need to chase them down.
I personally use beams on my Abaddon and let my drones kill of smaller stuff, even on cruiser heavy missions you can maintain a sufficiently low transversal by coasting. But this obviously relies on reasonable Drone skills. T2 Hammerheads and Drone Interfacing skill makes a big difference.

You don't need a web for lvl3's, but it sometimes can speed things up (also makes you...well do something). I fly a Myrmidion, and I can't hit stuff that's 20-40km, but if they come closer i can't hit the anymore. With the web you can nail them even from closer range. With my droneskills i let my drones do the work and it works without problems. The web...sometimes you just want to kill them!! :D
As I said you don't need it. Nor do you need the AB. If you aren't cap stable, use Cap rechargers, if you are...well why not putt a web. You don't need the cap.
