They cower in interceptors and cloaking frigates.. running to high sec where the true amarrian police officials protect them. They like to neglect a serious growing problem, saying that all that matters to them is "single minmatar destroyers" more so than a pirate mob inhabiting their newly "claimed" systems. Sovereignty to them is their name on a map, but here is the true definition of sovereignty. 1obsolete : supreme excellence or an example of it 2 a: supreme power especially over a body politic b: freedom from external control : autonomy c: controlling influence 3: one that is sovereign ; especially : an autonomous state Far from supreme.. and definitely far from external control they cannot control what goes on around here, and hence are not c) the controlling influence. While "warm apple" pie inc, brags and boasts about their righteous cause which appears to be for nothing other than news reports, Amarrian citizens are being massacred, as they fly through regions that Pie, and Amarr have "claimed" sovereignty in. All they find when jumping into such systems, isn't militia, isn't escorts or protection, it's a large pirate gang annihialating everyting in their path. This pirate faction inhabits their territories, they cannot defend, they very rarely are ever even seen in space, and when passing through in a mad dash in an interceptor running for their lives, in order to orbit another minmatar bunker. All so new pilots and industrialists can open up their map one day and fly through "Amarr Territory" to be ganked with little to no help from any friends in site, militia or other. They are in fact the exact example of the Absentee Landlord. They boast of luxurious apts in stations, which in fact are filled with roaches in a run down area. They act as though they care about their tenants (amarr citizens), and if you ask them to change a light bulb (1 lone minmatar frigate) they will. But when a serious issue arises like your heat goes out (20 pirates roaming and destroying all in their wake in their claimed systems), they tell you your parts on order, bundle up with blankets...and that he's really busy changing all the single burnt out 50 isk light bulbs! ------- W2A! They are running scared to .5's and higher to seek refuge amongst the real amarr police force. Aside from flying around in interceptor/cloaking punishers they haven't been able to enforce anything. In the name of their righteous cause they claim that pirates terrorizing their low sec systems that they have staked claim and sovereignty into does not worry them, they are more concerned about single minmatar destroyers. As they run about frantically to orbit bunkers to put their names on the map as "Warm apple" PiE inc the corp that claimed sovereignty for amarr empire, their citizens and innocent pilots are traveling through the amarr low sec to make their isk and runs, feeling slightly confident with the protection of friendlies/militias patrolling the area; to find out that the only controlling force present or in the region even is the pirate faction. Their militia, their civilians, are being massacred by this pirate faction. Since Amarr don't know what true sovereignty is here's a dictionary definition: 1 obsolete : supreme excellence or an example of it 2 a: supreme power especially over a body politic b: freedom from external control : autonomy c: controlling influence 3: one that is sovereign ; especially : an autonomous state Although the empires recognize that the frigate pilot specialists have skillfully speed tanked around a bunker for 10 or so minutes of their day, the pirates have not yet recognized their sovereignty of anything. Amarr cannot exert control on their regions, they have spread themselves thin and have retreated to high security space. They cannot be free from external control.. and are certainly not the controlling influence anymore, if they ever were. They boast and brag about expanding and conquering for the amarr, yet they cannot control. They bring civilians and new hopeful missioners into the secured low sec regions that are not secure, to the apartments in the stations which are filled with **** roaches. The Amarr militia has in every sense of the phrase turned into the "absentee landlord". Sure these landlords will be nice if you ask them fix 1 broken light bulb (a single minmatar frigate/destroyer), but when it comes to the serious issues like being out of heat for a month of winter, (20 man pirate gangs destroying everything in their path) you get told your parts are on order, bundle up in a blanket..and truthfully we are busy changing out all these 50 isk light bulbs to fix your rather large dilemma that I just don't have the time or power to do anything about! ------- W2A! It seems to me that the Symphony of deceit has now a constant macabre and intermittent tone of death to those who are not at the orchestra. Amarr and sub-humans together, helpless facing the real wars now, one they have never seen coming. The Empire watching their low security systems becoming the pirate's haven having hundreds of unwarranted travellers dying day and night at expense of the failure and shame of the so called Para Military Loyalists. This symphony is writing a new chapter in history. One that will show the true face of power by right, force and might. I think the record number of declarations of war on PIE post-Alliances is 10. (pre alliances was something like 22 different organizations, but absolute numbers were lower as the average size was smaller.) So, in other words even with the Matari and Gallente counted, you need to spend quite a bit more of Revan's money to make the new record. Just make sure you actually get that paycheck from Revan for it, I would hate to think that any of you were paying for these wars out of your own pockets. Deus Vult! PIE Inc. are not going to concentrate their attentions on you unless you force them to do it, and allow me to assure you that they did not survive five years by focusing all of their attentions on everyone who happened to mock them, and what they say is true - if you can't disrupt their efforts to flip system occupancy, Minmatar are going to suffer for it and they're going to continue to claim victory. If you want PIE to turn its full weight against you, if you want to make their days miserable, chase them into complexes. Disrupt their attempts to plex. Protect Minmatar forces who attempt to capture plexes in Amarr space. You said it yourself - PIE don't care if the systems their militia occupies are lawless and feral - they just care about planting flags and getting their hands on Minmatar space so they can take planetary populations as slaves. They've beaten the point to death - they've told you exactly what they want. Deny them it, and then you will have their full attention, I am sure. Then you may have the war you were hoping for.
