I repaired my security status today (spent all day doing it) and when I finally got up to -1.97 I decided to venture into 1.0 space. I gave it about ten minutes figuring that was enough time for everything to update. Jump into 1.0 and to my surprise I get the CONCORD warning and was engaged.
Thankfully, I was in a small ship and when they webbed me I instawarped to the next gate. Jumped into the next 1.0 system and immediately docked up after being attacked again.
Seriously, what is going on here? I'm -1.97 so I could be able to enter 1.0 space. I know the new rounding doesn't have anything to do with it since I was able to safely operate in 0.8 space with a -2.99 security status.
Anyone have this experience and what should I do?

That's faction standings, not security. If it was CONCORD you'd never have left.

Ok then...what exactly is going on then? I have excellent standings to both the Amarr Empire and Amarr Navy. What did I do wrong? I didn't shoot at anyone. I'm seriously confused

If in doubt, get someone else to check your standings to concord from char info. This is what the server see's regardless of what your own char sheet shows

yesterday saw a raven only get attacked by concord frigates in jita, the raven tanked them long enough to dock, why didn't he get battleship spawns and die? webbed scrambled and nos'd and only lost his shield?

Because they were faction navy, not concord. Due to bad standings/faction warfare, or bad sec status. Concord only deals with global criminals, and if that was the case, he would have been flashing red to you, so you could have shot him also

I have a story about this.
I jumped into Yulai (yes, Yulai) in my Sin. -3.5 standing or summat, anyway I was immediately Globally flagged and unable to jump out of gates or dock or anything.
After running to six different celestials then finally getting stuck at a station I got blown up by CONCORD. Dunno if it's been fixed yet, but apparently if you jump into CONCORD faction space, they will globally flag you (as the aggression flag is to CONCORD itself, thereby making you global). I petitioned and got my ship and modules back but man, that really sucked lol.
I hope they fixed this by now.

Yea I logged off for 30 minutes and when I relogged it seemed sorted. Made a few test runs just to make sure. I;m still confused as to why it happened in the first place...seems like it should have updated long before that. Oh well

just checked Morgon Borga ingame and you are -2.2 to me.
I also dont think it would be faction navies shooting you. Minimatar-gallente arent that bad.
