Someone who isn't going to back out and go flakey please sell me a starter gallente toon. I'm looking for a few million SP (3-7) in core skills to save me a few weeks of training, i'll pay about 1.5-2bil depending on the SP. |

pretty nice pilot, would buy but I only have 2bil to my name, coming back to the game from a long time out. and that character is definitely worth more than 2. |

Seriously! WTF.
I offer the asked b/o price on a toon and it get's sold to someone else who offers the same b/o price I did 12 hours after I did.
Does anyone in this section of the forum do straight up honest business or is it all a bunch of scammers and flakes? |

95% of the transactions here are legit. Isk talks and if you aren't online when the next guy offers...guess what buddy...they're gonna accept the isk infront of them. There's no guarantee that you're going to come back online...right?
Patience is your best friend on this forum...wait and you'll grab yourself a nice character. Leave paranoia at the door when you come in...Any offer you make on these threads are guaranteed by CCP...Isk gets sent and nothing is transfered...You get it all back and the seller gets a perma ban from selling that chara again. Bad guy loses...good guy wins!!  |

Lol...told him the same thing yesterday. Good advice!
CCP protect buyers. It may take 1-2 days for them to return it in some cases but it always gets returned if there's a scam involved. Paranoia is the enemy of a buyer in here. 
And...still available as discussed yesterday. |

I was online though actually. It wasn't one of those cases where I offered but then wasn't there to pay when someone else did. The guy just never responded to my offer.
But thanks for the advice. I've been looking all week and it seems everything I offer on last minute the seller says " I changed my mind" after we agree on a price. They sell it to someone else and completely ignore my offer, or they want some funky outside the CCP rules transaction. |

That specifically says you can't sell whole accounts just characters, that's why I wasn't comfortable doing that deal. If you ran with my isk I don't think CCP would give it back on a deal that violates their terms of service.
It's not paranoia, I would have had no worries transferring isk to a seller if it was a vanilla deal. |
