A divisible personal wallet. I could then allocate money for insurance or projects on a drip feed basis & know I'm saving for the inevitable 3 month insurance renewal or whatever.
I like to budget-the Eve wallet makes this difficult.

How exactly does the current personal wallet make any of that difficult?
Would rather have personal hangar divisions than this.

It doesn't make it difficult at all. Just cuts down on the maths. I like to see now that my ISK is put aside & ready for that next project. I would like disposable ISK & allocated for some project ISK-not difficult to visualise-not going too fast for you am I?

id use it, set aside isk for my GTC's, also give the option to automatically send a controllable % from what ever comes into the "master wallet" to the desired wallet.

This is a great idea. I have asked myself this same thing. Would be very nice to have.

This is a great idea. I have asked myself this same thing. Would be very nice to have.

You can't access contents of station cans when you're not docked at that station. PITA when you want to contract a friend a mod/ship you have.

It's also scam protection. If I've got a couple billion in my wallet, it only take a second when I'm tired or if I miss read or somthing to lose a large portion by mistake.
I'd like to be able to put the bulk of my cash somewhere besides my petty cash drawer.
