haha no I don't :) I'm a 2005 char. I'll contact you shortly. I'll need to get the isk together again though as my Vindi fit is on the expensive side

So with a 5 bil setup you were able to beat navythrons. How not surprising. =)

Not beat, wipe the floor haha. I'll down grade the set-up for the fight against the Navtythron. Although...hmmm... In the interest of fairness it's prob best if both the Mega and Vindi are only t2 fit...

The vindicator is fairly useless.
There's nothing it can do that a hyperion cant. Put your 5bn setup on a hype and it will perform just as well or better, unless you spend a lot of time fighting smaller ships, in which case, hello mega/navythron.
The 3rd bonus is even worse than the deeply unpopular cap bonus on the old apoc. They should just add 25% base cap and give it a FALLOFF bonus. That is a far far more "minmatar" bonus for Minnie bs, and basically means you can use the vindi's superior agility and pretend you have autocannons, but with vastly superior damage.
The same is true of the rattlesnake (no more mids or resists, just lots of HP over raven, no more damage, no ability to use the gallente damage bonus). It should get a gallenteBS bonus it can actually use -e.g. the domi's 10% drone damage bonus, and a 125m3 bay. Possibly due to its already extreme gankyness, remove a missile slot.
The machariel DOES do something better than a t1 bs now, which is speed. As that is getting heavily nerfed, its going to need looking at.
The bhaalgorn and the nightmare do things very much differently and better than a normal bs,and already rock rather hard.

Im up for T2 fit only. What other stipulations? I'd say MWD required, seeing as no real blaster setup doesn't have a mwd and no "ship specific" settings. I'd not like to see therm/kin active hardeners and a gal jammer. =)

this is an amazingly stupid thread.
one side is saying the ship is going to be crap because of an upcoming nerf
the other side says the ship is great because of how it has done in the past
wakeup and realize neither of you are arguing the same thing.....
