It would take THOUSANDS of PLEX getting popped in order to have a significant effect on the market and even then the effects would be short term (assuming all of the PLEXs were destroyed of course) And do you seriously think the Goons will be able to get 100 freighter pilots to cough up 7-8 bil each and then undock knowing full well that there is a mass of gankers on the undock targeting freighters ? After the first few were popped, the rest probably wouldn't even accept the courier contracts, let alone try to undock 1,000 PLEX would be approx 500 bil. I think the PLEX market does roughly 13 trillion per month in trades ? So those thousand PLEXs would equal just over a day's trading volume. WOW ! Time to PANIC ! Sheesh, Somer Blink probably has a more dramatic effect on the PLEX market (Waiting to hear you explain that the "real" plan will be to load THOUSANDSs of PLEXs into courier contracts that have HUNDREDS of BILLIONs in collateral, then gank those obvious n00b freighter pilots that would accept those contracts and try to undock.)
