In reply with the recent news report that the Jovians will (within the next 24 hours) be giving people their BPO's of cloaking devices...I have a question.
Caldari won, right? (I'm not sure about this, but my question is still the same:) Does that mean that random people within the Caldari race recieve them? Or does that mean that the people who collected the most recieve them? Or does this mean that ONLY Caldari's may buy them? What's the deal?

The way it works has nothing to do with who won...... Caldari won the contest so they get jovian favor (read this as a faction boost)
The way the Cloaking Device BPC's are going to be given out is anyone who turned in a Batch of parts will recieve some form of cloaking BPC.... doesn 't matter what their race... if they turned in at least 1 batch, they will get at least 1 BPC...

So expect to see these few Cloaking devices to be put on the market at extreme prices. (Since you'll have to get the skill and the device from the same folks.)

It depended on which body part... epidermis was 1000, I dont remember the rest off the top of my head but I am confident someone else will know.

A:Gallenteans are buying Cerebral Slices in batches of 150 units, the Caldari - Liver Bile in 200's, the Amarrians Blood Drops in 400's and the Minmatar Bone Splinters in 750 unit batches. All will buy Epidermis Sliver in batches of 1000. Batches are priced at 20M ISK.

Yah no one in my corp did either, even though combined we coulda probably filled 2 or 3 batches. (we chain blood raiders, hanger filled with that jove crap)

Yeah, then there were those idiots who thought that trashing their Jove body part would somehow stop the revival of the Jovian, until it was announced that the blood raiders would drop all the body parts. That made them shut up and realise that their protest was unlikely to succeed...
Still, my corp got a batch in, and that makes me happy :-)

Btw you can buy the cloaking skill on market at 3.5mill (NPC prices)

I guess that's not as bad as it could be. BS skill is about 4 mil....guess that shows how valuable cloaking will be.
