Peeps always get shot after a node crash without any possibility of escaping. (red or blue) If peeps respect the game, all should petition a char move to their home after a crash and start again. It should be a an unofficial rule and respect that after a node crash the OP is finished and all should start again. Its just not fair after playing after a crash because none can tell how fast peeps can login to get the upper hand. Btw, 20k online on a friday? Woot for ccp. The game is dying if you ask me. O and you cant have my stuff, noone of you is worthy to use it.

Posted - 2008.10.11 11:34:00 - [58] It bothers me is the way that the server seems to be currently rewarding the poor FCing, poor quality fits and lack of co-ordination and tactics of the various NC blobs. You rotate for a while then rinally commit or stop running around with your large blobs of t1 gash fit ships, die like lemmings, then when the node crashes, get you ships and the remains of your garbage fit-outs back, along with nice juicy insurance payouts... while those left holding the field get a bunch of T1 350 mm rails? (my apologies here to the minority of the NC who have the knowledge and skills to fit a ship, but are let down by their clueless and cheapskate brethren). If you fitted ships properly and had some decent FCs, then perhaps you wouldnt feel the need to come in such huge blobs which crash the node (numbers which do admittedly cause your opponents to try to increase their own numbers admittedly) But then as this kind of play is currently being rewarded by the 'improved' game mechanics, so c'est la vie I guess. BTW, despite my whining about the rollback mechanic, game response was not too bad with 400+ in the field and a lot of drones deployed, (I wasn't keeping a close eye on local tho, so potentially it got a lot higher), up until it rolled over and died.

So you are saying that fleet of 200 NC outblobed your pet fleet of 250+around 300 BoB in separate fleet?
