I started this char up to do missions, but already got other chars and since i don't play as much anymore i'm gonna sell him and focus on my other chars... he's focused on pve/pvp so far...
he's got all the basic learning skills to lv5 and the advanced ones to lv4 
he's pretty well balanced in attributes and comes with a set of +3 implants...
he also has a bunch of skills in his hangar(see list below) that he hasn't trained yet but are very usefull for further training... all in all a very good starter char with all the skills needed trained or in his hangar :)

May be interested in buying it, however no more than 1.2-1.5 bil.
And kinda advise... BC is pretty much usless. You may train shield skills instead. Yes, and cyno of course.

Come on guys it's a nice balanced char with all the learning skills done and a lot of skills included... i see a lot of people viewing but nobody bidding... what's wrong with the char / what should i train to make him more interesting? i'm not in a real hurry to sell him so i can train him up a bit more...
