I have a nearly maxed out mining toon i'd like to sell. Basically I just never mine so have no use for him.

nearly maxed learning
a lot of the basic necessity skills trained up already
also has missle bombardment 5
BC 4
with a little bit of training could be a decent ratting/missioning drake pilot
missing refining 5 and refinery efficiency 5 for mining crystals (bout 15 days worth of training there)
starting bid= 1 bil
no buyout set= willing to take offers
no reserve set
I will pay the transfer fee

remember only needs 3 days for metallurgy 4 and the 10 days of refinery efficiency 5 to start training any of the specific processing skills is already ready for the majority of them.
