Welcome To Merc's Lotto, This is where you host, Merc  does lotteries of many rare items, ranging from faction items to ships, blueprints, and the occasional exotic dancer . The Rules are as fallows.
- Ticket Limit Per Customer *Check Game Type*
- THE WINNER WILL BE PICKED 1 DAY AFTER ALL TICKETS ARE SOLD
- All isk transactions go to "The Merc"
- I should not be held responsible for tickets bought from other people claiming to be a NNP Lotto Official
- No Refunds
- By Buying A ticket you are agreeing to these rules

Number of Tickets Per Lotto: 10 (#0-9)
Ticket Limit: 2

*This lottery happens twice a day, we will use the "Midday Drawing" every time unless stated otherwise.
*The Number of your lottery Ticket Corresponds to the FIRST of the Three "Winning Numbers"
**Example: "Cash 3" Winning Numbers are 1-7-6 The winner would then be the pilot who's lottery ticket number was "1" the other 2 latter numbers in the "Cash 3" have no effect

Number of Tickets Per Lotto: 39 (#1-39)
Ticket Limit: 6
