We should have the Kung Fu skill in-game. It doesn't need to do anything, just like biology, mneumonics, or trade skills.
Make it a social skill that gives you 5% more agility per level when floating frozen in space perhaps.

For it to be correct, the bonus has to be bugged so it doesn't actually apply.

If CCP had a sense of humour about their bloats, they should definitely add this skill
As it seems we DO have a sense of humour about their bloats, so why hide? :P
