[SM11] Is now recruiting.
We are quickly growing and becoming a successful high sec mining & industry corp.
We have an excellent support system in place to help our members get the most amount of benefit, help, support, and comradeship from EVE.
We are especially good with new to eve players that don't have much of a clue whats going on. We all know just how difficult and frustrating EVE can be when your first start playing it, so we are dedicated to making eve a friendly, enjoyable and simple game to play and get into.
We offer a wide range of benefits and things to do in our corp.
What do we do?
* We hold group mining operations for personal gain in high sec (safe for new players)
* We hold group mining ops for Corp gain in hidden belts and high sec.
* We actively search for and strip mine hidden belts through out eve.
* We regularly set up solo mining contracts with good rates of pay for members.
* We teach pilots how to play eve and get into the mining and industry aspect of the game.
* We conduct research on BPOs, build ships, and make copies.
* We conduct market trade operations.
What can we offer you?
* We offer FREE mining frigates for new players
* We offer the use of our mining barges for our corp ops
* We give FREE mining fittings to our members
* We give FREE drones and ammo to our members
* We give FREE skill books to all members (all types and levels)
* We give FREE BPCs to our members
* We grant access to our research POS to our members and teach them how to research BPOs
* We Pay our members to mine for us in the form of contracts
* We offer the chance to undertake combat and missions with our friends in another corp without having to leave the SMI
* We have a high active member count that grows daily, with around 27 active members at present.
* We have a Ventrilo server
* We have our own corp forum that is well used and a key device for organizing our corp.
* Our members are friendly, fun, and entertaining people from all walks of life and all countries, thats makes our corp a great community to be a part of.
* We are also a democratic Corp, where YOU hold the power! We post regular polls on our forum of what we should do next and the majority votes chooses our path in eve.
* We also have command positions open for the right people.
Future plans?
* We plan to supply mackinaws and hulk to our members in future
* We plan to start ice mining ops
* We plan to begin salvage contracts
* We plan to begin low sec mining
* We plan to begin 0.0 sec operations
* We plan to give implants and rigs to our members as rewards for their efforts.
* We plan to begin moon mining operations
* We plan to begin capitol, T2 and faction ship construction
* We plan to continue expanding and growing and thus allowing for a more wider range of benefits in the future
Policy?
 We have a heavily enforced anti-discrimination policy to protect individuals from discrimination against their religion, disability, race, age, gender and sexual orientation. We believe everyone has the right to exist as equals!
We also operate a 14 trial period to assess your suitableness to be a part of our community. Your employment maybe terminated at any point during this period if we feel your not suited for the corp. After your successfully complete the trial you will be issued with roles and a title to give you access to our benefits structure.

I've spent about two weeks in this corporation now, and even if it is new, the corp feels as a growing package. Quality over quantity theme, I feel there's much potential here. If you want to rise from the ashes and be somebody with a crew you can trust, look no further; contact SMI immediately!

Hello, Our recent corp forum poll was run to determine our next course of action in eve. We decided to open an ice mining wing and run a weekly op and provide ice contracts. If you have the ability to mine ice and refine it then we would more than welcome you! We are working hard to be able to provide mackinaws with fittings to pilots that CAN ice mine but have no ship.
Come along and see for yourself!
Remember, by joining up you have nothing to lose, if your not happy in the corp (trust me you WILL be happy) then you can leave and join another corp with no hard feelings, easy.
So come on and let the fun begin!

We are also now in a small but active and growing alliance. Maintaining our stance as mining and industry. And yet incorporating combat as a defensive measure.
We are all in this game for fun and light entertainment, we do not take the game too seriously to the point where you believe it is real life!
We are trying to build a community where we are all friends, where we work together to accomplish things.

More of us are capable of scanning down hidden belts these days so more and more we find ourselves mining rarer ore types. Our new system for splitting personal profit operation ores means that even lowly frigate miners can have a barge sized share of ores! This is proving very popular with our miners.
