Unfortunately, I have no proof of this other than the gamelog and chatlog. :P
I flipped a miners ore in my Ishkur and he docked up. I assume he's grabbin' a ship to fight me in, so I sit outside the station. He comes out in a Domi. I assume I'll stick around to see what happens, because I'm stupid like that. I gawk in awe as he sends five Hobgoblin II's after me, which I start to pick off as they very slowly eat away at my ship. Meanwhile, I'm slowly but surely picking off his shields, and once they drop I'm even more surprised to see his armor steadily dropping!
At 50% armor he begins to beg in local for me to stop. He offers 20m, I refuse and ask for 100m. An Ishkur killing a Dominix? That's worth way more than 20m! Unfortunately, he stops attacking me and is able to dock after a minute or so at 10% armor. :( I was so close!

Please tell me you didn't cease fire when he started pleading? In my young monthly life I've learnt that in a ransom the closer they are to death, the better.

Domi's only real hope is ecm drones, medium ones if you get lucky, or back it up with real ecm

A Domi can solo a level 4 mission when properly fit, so I'm assuming he was fitted with cargo expanders
