In before the Lock.
With that being said i was hoping that a Skill Queue was in the works but PrismX just stated he would make one if they gave him the green light so IĈm guessing there is nothing imminent.
After nearly 5 1/2 years it makes no difference to me just Why Now?

Actually, that is exactly what he said. That, if CCP decided skillqueues should be implemented, he could and would do it. And that nothing has been done yet, so we should not expect a queue any time soon...
How can that be out of context? He is basicly saying they CAN do it if they decide to, but they haven't done so yet and might never do it.
