t2 nanofiber: +9.4% velocity / +15.8% inertia
t2 overdrive: +12.5% velocity
imho the speed bonus given by the nanofiber is too high in comparison to the more specialized module, the bonus on the overdrive should be increased to at least +15% velocity to bring it in line

They'll just nerf the nanofiber probably.
ODs need a bigger boost definitely.

this is just one of many examples how the speed nerf is far from being ready to be deployed, but yea it is probably one of the more ridiculous ones
I wonder if anyone with a clue about how the game is played actually puts any thought in assigning the module values (apart from the fact that the last nano nerf was meant to remove modules that affect two stats at once like the old nanofiber and the old istab, but here we are again)
nanofiber grossly overpowered, overdrive way underpowered

Nanofiber just right, overdrive way underpowered.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with nanofibers, they are providing the effective boost they should (some speed but more importantly, fair bit of agility), and the effect gets stacking nerfed with ODs anyway.
Overdrives giving 12.5% is broken - 17.5% is a much more sensible number, and it would enable Interceptors to be something else then suicide ships.

relax guys. with way stck nerf works, od and istab have their place if you are seeking to absolutely max a stat, albeit in an increasingly slot inefficient way. eg, progression like this:
3nano 2nano +1+1IS/OD 1nano +2+2IS/OD 0nano 3+3IS/OD
disincentives all out speed fits because the opportunity cost in other slots becomes higher, faster than on current TQ.

strongly disagree, the "opportunity costs" are way to high for fitting the other mods if a nanofiber can almost do the same as 2 specialized mods while taking only up one slot so you can use the other slot for e.g. another damage mod etc
I put some thought into it and while I agree that the nanofiber needs to be better then 1/2 of the specialized mod in both fields it should be closer to 50% of that value then to 100% of it or the other mods become redundant
how about these values instead, they seem more balanced with each other:
t2 Overdrive: 15% velocity t2 nanofiber: 8.5% velocity / 12,5% inertia t2 I-stab: 20% inertia
that way a nanofiber is still better then 50% of the value of the specialized modules in each field but it makes sense fitting the other more specialized mods
do we really want back to the days where I-stabs were overpowered and the only mods worth fitting (with the nanofiber being the new I-stab in this example)? I think not
