In accordance with all the nerf falcons, boost this ship, and "hey check out my awesome officer setup," I realized that there really are not any good ibis setups. This is due to the fact that CCP really needs to boost the grid/cpu of the ship and allow it a few special abilities. Below is my proposed setup (CCP please boost ship abilities/grid/cpu accordingly. Feel free to comment/troll.
Low Slot:
Overdrive Injector System II
Mid Slot:
100MN Microwarpdrive II
High Slots
Aurora Ominae
Covert Ops Cloaking Device II
Rig Slots
Auxillary Thrusters II
2x Polycarbon Engine Housing II
Special Ability: Immune to all forms of electronic warfare (including warp scramblers/webs). Able to microwarpdrive while cloaked.
Thoughts/Comments?

For removing ghost training, I demand a Black Ibis, with the role bonus of 99% reduction in cpu and powergrid for DDs.

It would take more than that for it to fit. CPU would fit exactly (100 cpu cost, 100 cpu on the ship). Grid would be a problem - you'd need a 99.9735% reduction to make it fit at all (13.75 pg). Cap is another issue - with only 156 cap to spare you'd need a 99.6 percent reduction to fire it once.
And of course, the ibis itself would need stupidly high insulation against kinetic damage to actually survive firing the DD (but does this really matter when you have a one shot doom mobile?)

Still looking for alternative setups for what has been dubbed the "Black Ibis."
This ship is highly underused and surely needs a boost.

Does the Ibis have enough cargohold to contain the fuel needed to fire off a DD?
Just wondering...
EDIT: nowhere even close; DD requires 75000 oxygen isotopes to fire, which require 0.15 m3 cargohold... or 11250 m3 of cargohold space to fit everything.

The black ibis actually totes around a large, permacloaked , self-propelled , antigravitronic mass reductantopellating , *****pack-inspired container that can hold near-infinite amount of fuel and quafe.
