actually now that i think about it, maybe, they are editing the hitting script to include a ship turning, so a vagabond, which has tracking problems, can hit a ship because his guns not turning but his ship is turning. Tracking really and truely become the ability of the turret to track a target and not the absolute relative motion.

Nope, you are all wrong.
this is so eve can become Moros Online. Caldari have been too successful, so full stop nerf on all missles, and let the legions of downtroddent Moros pilots pwn all of eve in the face...see, that got that Chaos guy already!

TEST SERVER: TARANIS TEST RESULTS....
...nano setup 1xODII; 2xPoly....max speed with my skill is around 3km/s....
...lost one inty in belt due to rats beeing able to track me....
....so there is nano nerf and trackin boost on test server......
