1st - wft is this "IBTL" everybody is saying all the time?
2nd - if HAC 5 isn't done when I reactivate my alt (which I suspect it won't be) it is never coming online again and I imagine this will be the case for many players and their alts.
CCP will be sorry. Very sorry. This will backfire majorly and someone in Iceland will be looking for a new job (which sucks in Iceland atm).

CCP does not care what you think.
CCP does not care about your whining.
CCP does not care about your playing experience.
CCP does not care about rage quitting.
CCP does not care about counter arguments.
CCP does not care about your ideas.
CCP will never give you a skill queue.
CCP cares only about your money.
If this truly upsets you then do not given them your money, your time, your effort or even your anger.
Give them nothing as this is all the slime who wallow in their own Corporate Greed deserve.

Ok...quoted but...Business Model 101...
Provide service based on demand = make profit. Continue to provide good service or product = more profit. Quit when the profit margin just isn't there. Bonus if you enjoy the service or product you are providing.
Therefore, I must disagree with you that CCP doesn't care what its customers think, experience, or about their ideas or skill queue. I'm sure that any company doesn't want to deal with whiners, raging rants, or foolish arguments...such as yours.

Yeah, CCP does this for profit. Sure.
Maybe to stay afloat, but profit?
Any other MMO genre would've brought more revenue then spaceships. Imagine a WoW style, sword&magic MMO with this kind of systems? Would make a killing.

I was looking at their 2007 investors earning declaration the other day... CCP doesn't make huge piles of cash from Eve, tbh. Decent sized piles yes, mountains no.
They are not the Evil Empire and [we] are not the plucky hero.
