I am not and I see absolutely no reason other than searching for help and for bug reporting to use it.
But it seems that CCP put considerable effort into this thing.
So I wonder if there is really anyone who is using it regulary for non eve-related sites.
Personally I would say CCP is spending effort in the most useless piece in the game while they could fix serious problems or make real enhancements.

With the new features it'll get used an awful lot more...
The eveDB will be fully ingame compatible as will a collection of corp / alliance management tools.
The current browser is very limited, and also very laggy and not very good at diplaying large pages, this all gets fixed @ Shiva...

I never use it, theres nothing that you can display in the IGB that wont be displayed easier, better and faster using your normal browser.
And seeing as i always have eve running in windowed mode anyway...

No offense mate but you have no clue what you're talking about. Here are just a few possible things you can already do with the IGB, future enhancements will make it even easier for webdesigners to do some cool stuff for their corp:
- forum ports for ingame messageboard access (some people even code their own forum scripts for that!)
- Blueprint databases that show you all your corp's BPs ingame.
- Secure broadcasting services like news, missions, office listings and much more through the use of trust authorisation.
- Corpmember listings that show you where your corpmates are atm so you can hook up with them easily.
- Evemailing features that allow for automated mailing systems of various kinds.
- Simple webshop based systems like the well known NAGA loot shop.
These are just a few possible things you can do with the IGB. The great thing about the IGB is that it allows people who run corps and happen to have somebody with a bit of webdesign skills to bring lots of content right into the game that members normally only could access OOG. Being able to read the latest news about your corp ingame without having to log out is a great thing don't you think? However, the IGB is still lacking a lot of neccessary functionality but a large part of that will come with shiva... tables just being one example.
Just because you don't use the IGB doesn't mean it's not a good feature  There are many people in the game who put it to good use. Hell... we even have online E-books accessible through the IGB for our miners so they don't become too bored when licking roids

We use the ingame browser:
- register new members on our website
- public corporation info/description
- internal corporation news
- internal plueprint list (directors are able to add/edit/delete BPs)
- public/internal products list with prices per batch/item
(directors and factory managers can see/edit profit margin)
- codelist editing
(mineral/components sell/buy prices, used in all BP/Products calculations)
- public office list
- public members list
- public eve overview tutorial
- usefull ingame links
I really made use of the ingame broswer with some PHP and i¦m looking forward to using new features for coding a whole management software for our corp.

I like the idea of the ingame browser, but to be honest Im still figuring out how to get the thing to work :P
Im hoping they eventually expand it to be fully XHTML/XML compliant, so we can browse the web properly from ingame. God I'd never have to logout if they did that, the only reason I usually shut down the MMO Im playing is to check email and the forums, hehe.

Same here. However, I look forward to the NEW IGB, as then I'll finaly be able to play full screen mode and still surf the web.
Now I just need a context-highlighting HTML/PHP editor than can open files from my HDD, and I'll run EVE as an OS! :)
