improved cloaking II:
It let you cloak your ship. You are not visible for eye and scanners anymore. Duration is as long as you wish (no Cap use). You can't cloak when you are a traget. Modules can be fitted on every type of ship (BS already tested).
Penalties when cloak is active:
-can't traget others as long as you are cloaked. After decloaking it takes 20 seconds until you can traget again.
- velociy is restricted to 1/4 of normal. no use of ab's and mwd
- scan resolution: -40%
So it seems that the module isn't for direct agressive movement, but utile for hiding and scouting. It will be very important for fleet battles.
I didn't have to time to test every aspect of the module. So if you have new insights, please send mail or post in this forum.

Remeber that training the cloaking skill (needed at lvl 3) you reduced the time to wit for targeting to only 10 second. And the fact that you cannot cloak while targeted seems to be a bug.
