Didn't know where else to post this but why is the online store taking forever to fulfill my order?!
I have asked them via notes on the order itself - no response after a week. Tried again, no response.
So I emailed customer service. No response. I ordered my shirt 2 weeks ago guys, and it's not even shipped yet. It just says "shipment pending" and it's been like that for 12 days.
That's not cool, and it's definitely not cool that they don't even respond when I ask them what's going on.
Please can somebody wake them up so I can get my shirt?

On the eve store website they specifically said that because of fanfest that supplies will be extremely limited and would take several weeks to fulfill.
Friends that went to fanfest said they ran out of a ton of most things on day one. So its going to be several weeks for more stuff to be made to be shipped. |

Yeah I saw that, but I ordered it before fanfest, and they could at least respond and just let me know what's up. Plus fanfest shouldn't stop the store from fulfilling its regular orders. They need to better prepared. |

Going through the same thing with EVE Store. They have an awful customer service, been sending mail for a week now without anyone responding to my requests. They run an amateur Mickey Mouse business to be perfectly honest. |

Just got a response from CCP regarding my order, I ordered a few ship models. The answer was that ALL staff at the store were out of the office for a few days on travel.... They will be shipping it today or tomorrow.
I have a hard time beleiving this.... If none of their staff is at the shop then mention it on your website and specify that no orders will be going out for a few weeks. The worst part is that when customer service answers you dont know who your dealing with because they dont provide you with a CCP tag or anything like this...
Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced....

EVE shop has been consistently **** since forever, I really don't understand how CCP allows this to keep ruining their image. Excellence is not a skill, it's an attitude.

I did eventually receive my shirt and am very pleased with it. About 10 days later I finally got a response on my email saying it had been shipped. I was like " yeah I've like been wearing it and it's already been washed twice but thanks" lol nice response time guys. Btw, the stuff in the store really needs an overhaul CCP. I don't know what I wanna buy but it aint anything that in that store! |
