so little update from what seemed to be shuch a 'win' for the nc mk2 group.....they cam in killed some tri and we killed them back only to have them bring the nc cap fleet in to accomplish what they themsevles could not sooooooooooooo 24hours later
sov 3 tics over for tri in ifj(where all the fighting has gone on over a tri moon miner tower) tri is in the process of sticking up a deathstar+cyno jam in system mid day when tcf caps(10ish dreads+5ish carriers) cyno in and move to a newly anchored tcf large minie tower as the kia medium tower had been placed itno reinforced the night before by tri. eventualy the tower and jammer module are onlined......
skip ahead a few hours i think and tcf/kia forces move into system and begin assualting tri jb into system,tri gang scrambles to get into place and manages to bridge in carriers soon after keeping the jb(tri''s only real way into system as the only in gate is bubbled) alive and repped up,with the kia tower comeing out in only a few hours(late eu tz) both groups seem to be mssing forces in system,local tops at about 275ish i think with the tri fleet of carriers/moms/snipe bs/support about 120 and the rest of local nc mk2 consisting of now 2 titans/handful of carriers/dreads/snipe bs/support
fight kicks off when hostile forces warp at range to tri jb tower for some reason? so dictors get warp ins on them bubble them and tri carrier fleet warps in and does what it does killing about 20 hostiles for loss of like 3 dictors i think? hostiles will then bounce around between gate and tower a few times exchangeing blows with tri support/snipe fleet until eventualy what remains of hostile fleet moves back to the tcf tower and regroups inside......meanwhile kia tower is about to come out of reinforced
kia medium tower out of reinforced now tri carriers/moms warp in and begin killing tower with sentrys when eyes report 'hostile avitar picking up speed in your direction' expecting the hostiles to try and reduce the damage being done to the tower(ie killing our drones) we had only launched t1 sentrys,only for some reason a hostile archon drops out of warp 163km below tri caps and is quickly bubbled and killed. avitar is first reported stopping then picking up speed(i would expect they assumed they could come in and dd tri support taht was tackleing the hositle carrier) so in it warps tri support long gone.....titan drops out 160ishk away and dd is lit killing handful of tri carrier t1 drones and about 6-10 of his own gang m8s that had been cloaked around the tower lol,this is where some people prolly start wondering where the new underpants are
the avitar warped in at range to us but in what seemed to be some confusion tcf battleships(about5-6) drop out in the same spot as the titan sadly not geting dd'd :/ and seem to be ping-ponging the titan a bit, dictors are called to warp back in and burn for it as the rest of the hostile support/snipe fleet drops out. scout then reports 'second titan alinging and warping yoru direction' sure enough all hositle fleet warps off and hostile levi drops on grid and dd'd only from the tcf avitar dd having seemingly killed the levi's warp in and left a rweck next to it the kia levi is now sitting dangerously close to one of his own m8's wrecks!?!?!?!?!?!?!? zomg zomg get tackle on his face but alas jsut as first tri hictor drops out the aptly named 'nano titan' warps off...sigh we missed our chance? nope kia titan warped to the tcf tower but landed 20km outside of shields
tri comms kin dof get loud at that point 'omfgz warp there and get tackle zomg need warp in ffs ogogogogo' but before a solid warp in is sorted he warps off again...
'to a ss?' 'no to possible gate!' 'zomg holy **** stop failing get eyes and get tackle'
in the excitement and confusion he had warped to a planet i think,tri falcon drops out next to him and x's in fleet all tri carreirs warp in but in warp unable to keep it bumped it warps out back to tower and is safe...

so sigh 2 hostile titans neither getting tackled :( sucks but a little l0l when tri carriers return to hostile tower to finish it only to see 1 friendly wreck(inty had burned out to try and get a warp in but got dd) and about 15+hostile wrecks killed by the 2 of their own dd's lol....sadly we then realise that the first hostile dd had ninja'd the archon km we were killing :( tcf/co go on about how it didnt die and how we desynched and blah blah and refuse to give us the mail :/ even tho we are clearly sitting on the wreck looting it :P but oh well
the rest of the night will play out with the nc mk2 loseing ships outside their own tower while tri caps incap the guns/modules on the tower with tri snipe fleet killing them as they leave the shields,and eventualy dual dding them with 2 tri erebus(only resulted in about 10 kills afaik)
so after 2 days of good fights one hostile tower down one in reinforced and two tri towers do to come out later this week
*rumor has it goons and kia made daisho sad panda and they have ****ed off to syndicate or somn lol-c/d that?

aye it got to the point that we vastly outnumbered the hostiles and they sitll had 15-20 mixed snipers/support sitting outside trying to kill our t1 drones as we incap'd modules so when it seemed a good majority was outside we warped the titans in and dd..d

Sadly a quite boring evening for our bs.
At one point there was a 100+ NC fleet moving through tribute but our hopes they
join us in ifj became not fulfilled.
kudos for bringing it again (and again) tcf/kia. good fun we
had with u guys in the last weeks. looking forward for the next ones...

It was a good night of pewpew! And it's funny that of all the kills Kock VORLON got in his Avatar (I'd say around 8-10), only two made it on to the TCF killboard (one TRI, one KIA)... The Archon was definately not desynched, I saw him warp in, he then tried to warp out, got up to about 60m/s, then got tackled at the last second by our dictor... Got him in to about 10% structure, then the DD went off popping the carrier, then we killed his pod with smartbombs if I recall correctly... Epic fail for not posting losses to be honest, but meh!
My most fun part of the night was being used as bait in my Archon! After 5-10 minutes of nothing happening, I run off to get a drink, and walk back towards my desk hearing "Fely get the **** back here!" from Kinsy! I get on my machine and see my Carrier being attacked by a good 15 or so hostile ships, but I have less than 1% armour damage... A few kills (and no losses) later and we're back shooting POS modules!
Good times!

tcf large tower came out of reinforced eu tz today and was killed with no resistance as far as i can tell
the hours before were spent bubble camping the tower killing tcf/kia as they logged into the bubbles,also 1 tcf avitar and the kia levi are/were logged in this tower afaik but i think have started the log in/logg out already

i had my alarm set but i slept thru it,maybe lucky i did i guess?
anyways as this is a post about the battle we had in ifj it wouldnt make much sense to post about a fight that did not take place in ifj
as for posting 'only' when we win its because we had yet to lose a fight lol(until today obviously) thats not smack its just the truth the nc mk2 has spent the last 2 weeks failing to kill anything of signifigance or win any fleet fight
tho since you seem to be so happy about it go make a post about it?
and as for the post in the 'plvtri' thread if you check the time i poseted in it when i woke up...long after the fight in ss-ged
gg tho,you killed handful of tri caps+1 very unlucky mom pilot :(...we have only been out here for 3months :P

smacked by fred0 im honoured, yes in my illustrious 1 month career of which i took 3 weeks off. Ive only been playing for 2+ years And certainly i never got any kills before that. Your talent to spin is unmatched sir Fred0 im just amazed mr twoside can find the time to pvp with his forum whorage. Also why hes my new favorite poster. o/
