So your chalange is to come up with Eve-themed names for alchoholic drinks. Bonus points for theoretical recipies. Downing a few to dull the pain of recent or upcomming nerfs optional.

I'd toss one favourite of mine... Locally, we name it "Mussolini", since it's rumored it's what Mussolini drank in the morning to get up.
1 small espresso, cooled
4 cl griotte (sour cherry liquor, very sweet)
1 bottle (i.e. 33 cl) of you favourite caffeine soft drink (Pepsi/Coke)
Combine espresso with griotte and, stirring, add the bubbles. You might want to add ice.
Enjoy 
EDIT: Now I realised that I need to supply an EvE related name for that  So I'm thinking "Oris Cathedral Bells" -- I'm Amarr and this drink makes my head hurt... a lot.

OK, I'm taking you up on that one :)
10 cl Zinfandel (or any other dry red wine)
2 cl angostura
2 cl Triple-sec
2 cl Amaretto
4 cl raspberry syrup
30 cl cranberry juice
Fits up to a decent beer mug, has a nice colour, and the drinker will wish in the morning s/he had succumbed to an actual chest wound
Ah, and hardcore drinkers might want to add iodine tincture or battery acid for that special twist
