I have this character for sale. He is pure PvP and his stats are as follows -
Skill Here
Attributes (he has 4 +3 implants)-
Intel 26 (+3)
Perception 20 (+3)
Charisma 9
Willpower 18 (+3)
Memory 23 (+3)
Sec Status -4.6
As i said this char is pure PvP and has 1.8million points in learning so no need to skill up there. It would make a fantastic second PvP character without going through the basic training. This char does not have any training towards capital...just focused on pure PvP in normal combat ships 
He can fly -
Battlecruiser lvl4
Recon Ships lvl4
Assault Ships lvl4
Cal Frig Lvl5
Cal Cruiser lvl5
Cal Battleship lvl5 (in training)
Amarr Frig lvl5
Amarr Cruiser Lvl5

As he is caldari mainly he also has a massive 3.8msp in Missiles and 3.2msp in engineering. He has a 0.0 Jump clone. The character does not come with any assets.
