Le Sigh, You ISP might be throttling the ports you download stuff from the numerous places eve has to do with. Its why many companies are being frowned at cause mid-last year, a major UK ISP went on a throttle spree, downloads from anything to do with P2P were hacked and as a side affect games got blocked, then it went from being a side affect to "intended" and then from "intended" to "fixed" when Trading Standards started getting involved. Though i believe some people are still victims of this in other countries and the UK, even this same company (Tiscali) is rumoured to still be at it.

(2.0mb+). so wouldn't say its a bad download server, in fact its the best one I've seen so far for a game.. Try clearing your cache, works for me everytime.
