Upside: Best Diemost setup for slugging it out, only Diemost setup which actually has the endurance to stay in anything short of a straight out gank.
Downside: Unfortunately, you should buy a Myrmidon / Harbringer / Hurricane, as you have about 0 advantages over these ships with such a fit given you're just as bulky as these ships, and had to sacrifice all your DPS to fit that plate.
That is, unless you want to fly a cool-looking 150 mil uninsurable battlecruiser.

it's just not worth it to fit armor rigs on the diemost, it's only advantage over BC (agility) is very small already, I fly with 1600mm, 800mm, and repper fits... but it's always better to fit acr's so you can get bigger guns on it w/o sacking it's speed and agility. use slaves for more armor hp :D

If you must fly the riskiest HAC around:
5 x Heavy Neutron Blaster II
1 x Small Nos II
1 x 10mn MWD II
1 x Process-Interruptive Warp Disruptor
1 x Fleeting Propulsion Inhibitor
3 x Magstab II
1 x 800mm RT Plate OR MAR II
1 x EANM II
1 x DC II
1 x Ancillary Current Router I
1 x Anti-Explosive Pump I
5 x Hammerhead II OR Vespa EC-600
Just remember that using a Deimos means something IS going to die and that there are plenty of ships that can outfight it.
