So im selling my character , i started a new account and dont need this anymore.
So it has 2.8 sec status , it has positive wallet , 1 jumpclone , could fly a Chimera in 16 days , it needs some more training but its a good character :)

Wrong, with the new rule, it's the caracter to sell who receive the isk :

I see that you have not used inEve api verification of your skills but instead went with something little known and little reason to trust.
I reduce my bid to 15,000,000 (15M) isk. I will be happy to return it to the previous bid if you should decide to go with a 3rd party API skills verifier.

Guy is trying to sell account not character, talk to him in game he knows its against the eula. so its just scam. im pretty sure that scamming via character sales is sanctionable, i just hope ccp live up to their own rules and sanction him.
all they need do is ask him via a character that seems like a normal player and they can see for themselves
