Too bad. Because my view on BCs to start with is made of hate and rage.

You must really hate command ships then.
Seriously though, we have faction frigates, faction cruisers, and faction battleships. Only the class in between is missing. These could be awesome ships and do not necessarily need to be overpowered. They could be specialised, i.e. there could be a cap warfare/web using one, one with high tracking turrets etc.

Faction shis (empire faction) is usully just beefed up versions of the said ship.

Guristas pirate Drake,
Bonus 5% all missle rof and 5% armor resist per level of BC,
Special ability: +50% armor hitpoints
7 - 4 - 7, 7 missle hardpoints
moar cap than normal drake
the die :P

Love Hate to burst your bubble, but Guristas are shield tankers.
It would in fact be:
8/6/4
5 Missile hardpoints, 4 Gun Hardpoints.
25% Racial bonus to kinetic Missile damage.
5% To Shield Resists per Caldari Cruiser level.
5% To Hybrid weapon damage per Gallente Cruiser Level.
Thus like all flyable Guristas ships, it would be a failboat compared to the ordinary Drake.

if hey are usefull like faction frigates and cruisers, then: no thanks.
We dont need other collector's ships.
CCP should realy work onto those before implementing other worthless ships.

It seems you only get faction ships from the base hulls that get bonuses from a racially specific piloting skill. No racial skill=no faction ship, it seems. No faction destroyers or battle cruisers, it seems. And yes, I know you need racial skills to fly those ships, but they dont get a bonus from the skill.
Lets hope for faction titans! Imperial issue Avatar, here I come!

New Faction cruisers are quite good, what are you smoking? Ships like the Fleet Stabber/etc are awesome.
It's faction frigs and pirate faction cruisers which are the horrible suck.

Actually this is even better. 5xNeutIIs and 3xHAMs with 2xmfsII and 2xBCUII = moar DPS for meh!!! give me 5 warrior IIs too and I will consider worshipping you.
