Well Rorqs use shield tank and your lacking in shield skills, more importantly you have no T2 Sentry drones another must for a Rorq pilot and lastly and the biggest thing is not only do you not have all the industrial skills for processing but the ones you do have are not all at lvl 4 which is another MUST in order for you to compress these ores, mind you all these things can be adressed in 2-3 months so its not a huge issue, just making a point that its not perfect as you describe.

Question about his attributes thou, they are showing in the 17s except for memor at 22, what implant do you have in?

Because of character transfer problem i filled a petition. The error i got is: ERROR Not authorised, and i have credit on my card, etc.
