Does the type of agent the storyline mission is affect which storyline mission you get?
Is, say, an internal security storyline agent going to give you kill storylines?

Edited by: Toshiro GreyHawk on 16/10/2008 21:30:23 For the most part I'd say yes.
There is no guarantee though.
I've gotten courier's as well from other agents.
One thing I've noticed is that any one particular agent always seems to give me the same type of mission, though the courier missions aren't always to the same exact place.
I have gotten some combat missions from one story line agent that always sent me on this one mission that had these 3 giant Omber asteroids in it.

In my experience, type of agent doesn't influence storyline missions. And I've been given different storyline missions by the same agent all the time, and mixed types too. The agent I used for a long time gave me small hauling missions, large hauling missions, trade missions and combat missions more or less at random.

In my experience, it's been frustratingly random.
Murphy's law seems to be at work. Whenever I need a big faction boost to get past a threshold, I get some crappy courier mission, with equally crappy faction increase, leaving me just short of my goal. If I've just past a threshold, I get a fantastic combat mission with a huge faction gain. ______________________ Isn't it time you learned to fight back? Agony Unleashed Home of the PvP University.
