Ok, since the patch i have had constant module lag during PVP. Whenever i fight an NPC there is no lag whatsoever in any offensive module i have, but during PVP i activate somthing and it takes atleast 10s to activate the module, guns/webs/scramblers the lot, any defensive module doesnt lag but anything that will hurt someone else does... anyone else getting this?

Not strictly related to PvP for me. Been experiencing it with NPC as well. Only the 10secs are prolonged.
Losing ships like this is embarrassing.
And really, really annoying.

This utterly SLAYS me.
Even in a 1v1, I click on my guns and have to wait 15 seconds for them to engage. ITs insane, and is making PvP unplayable!
