They'll just jump in to gank say +16 Goodfellas capitals and it's not counted as napping the North. They just shoot what's red and leave the neutrals for later or whatever, etc... Neutrals are of no concern to them really. I would like to hear some comments from Triumvirate if such a philosphy was adopted by Pandemic Legion.
