- More space
- Revitilization of piracy, probably by making destroyed ships drop vauluable materials of some sort
- Toning down of insurance, Diminishing returns for larger ships for example frigs 80%, crusier 50%, bs 20% (numbers just to illustrate idea.)
- Removal of local, replace with some kind of scanner
- More depth into industrial/mining aspect of eve
- Exploration made better, more variety of encounters (wormholes, unique vauluable resources etc.)
- Interaction of alliances with the factions, more active story arcs.
- Removal of the super safe npc corps, only new players have this privilige for a limited amount of time before they learn the ropes and can fend for themselves
- FW means something
- NPC ships less numerous but more powerful, act like players would in similar circumstances. Use variety of tactics, less predicatble.
- War system reworked with actual consequences, goals etc.

I want:
Moar new graphics for both premium and classic. C'mon CCP it ain't that hard to cut a few polys off the mesh and shave some kb off the premium model textures and port them to classic ala the rmr ships like the Mrym and Harb plus the other new ships. All of which are nearly identical in both clients. My Arbi is literally crying for a non blurry texture on classic. 
Infiniband/HPC yadda yadda. Not ever reading another fleet lag whine thread. Priceless.
Ambulation. Bouncy bouncy virtual tatas on a minmatar dancing girl gyrating her nubile body on your bar table. 'nuff said. 
The speed rebalance. Because Wile E. is ****ing tired of trying 3498349797293 different tactics to catch that mother****ing roadrunner because all that goddamn bird has to do is go, 'Beep! Beep! ZOOOOOOOM!' to safety.
