Since you asked for input... here goes..
1) Don't sell!! Since it's a toon worth keeping for the long term. Or worth more if you get him into a great ship perfectly skilled. 600 ISK per sp to a high end buyer.
2) If you plan to sell, stop bagging on the offers that come in.
3) Price Check = He's worth about 12b, but if you think he is worth an exact figure, put a buy out. Cause people can't read minds.
Otherwise, lovely toon.
