4 Pilots looking for a new corp

I represent three pilots currently in a 0.0 alliance (and a sidekick in empire), that are disappointed in their corporations structure and would like to try something new. The pilots all have 4.5M-5M skill points, and are mainly NPC hunters. Naturally, having the skills for hunting, they don't do so bad at PvP either. What they are looking for is this: 1.) A corp based around North American time zones (No offense Euros, but we would like efforts concentrated) 2.) A largely teamspeak/comm software based communication. 3.) A daily active group of no less than 15 pilots, all operating from the same system/area. 4.) A 0.0 based corporation 5.) Defined battle plans....no more of this: "warp to me! wait dont warp, ok now I need you! No I only need the frigates! $(%& I am already warping, I have sent you to your doom!" Sorry, got carried away. A respected member of the Stain Alliance, Shadow Company is looking to expand its battle-ready pilot roster to reinforce our ranks. Good action is guaranteed by the always respected members of Curse Alliance and C4. We have few rules and hold loyal members in high regard; what you put into the corporation you get back ten fold. We have about 15 active unique (ie not counting alt characters) players in the US and Canada. Good communication through the use of teamspeak is a must. No minnimum skill-point requirement, but being able to pilot battleships is a must. All battle is expected to take place in 0.0 security space, mainly in the Catch region Contacts: myself, Dark Deeds, Stan Bowman, FC Raptor, or Dingomeat.

I've got abuddy in thier corp, and he seems to like it. I am Jack's broken moral compass. I am Jack's STILL trapped in eve limbo. maybe not for much longer...
