I would be tempted to dump the repper for a damage control, the EM hardener for a eanm2, the power rig for another trimark and the nos for an offlined medium remote armour repairer in the middle of your guns.
Also, use faction ammo instead of T2 if possible, the extra tracking will more than compensate for the loss in range and eft dps.

Fixed your post 
Neutron deimos does 10% more DPS and has better range(which is good), Electron has 35% more EHP.

Well, she melted a myrm, but the pilgim showed up, and we all know how that usually ends up..in this case, it did end up that way. had the pilgrim shown up about 2 seconds later, may have been a different story.

get a friend =) And have them warp disrupt/scramble the enemy because you WILL need a cap injector in case of neuts.

I think Electron Deimos sucks - the range is terrible.
Can you drop the repper for ions.

yes range on electrons suck.. but you need neutrons to get any dps outside webb range... you need a big plate, all gank wont work... the dps difference between neutrons and electrons isnt that huge...
anyway a ishtar does sameish dps with beter tank and more mids...
